A mobile phone photograph from Friday of a glass of Champagne Billecart Brut Rose and  a bowl of olives.  The last time I had a glass of this was on the first anniversary  of my engagement to my now wife.

Converted in to black and white, with some extra grain added (to hide the camera shake!)

I hadn’t done a picture for the 17th of January (more of that in this blog post), so was slightly determined to do one on the 18th.  On the 18th of January from Sheffield all the way to London on the train it was fabulously misty.  It was one of those days, you just wanted to call in and take a lieu day, and go shooting.  However I didn’t.  So my best attempt was on my phone.

Taken on my phone using some retro camera software.
I hope this year to be using a lot more of my Xpan, as I now have the means to develop my own films at home and scan them.  Lets see how I get on.

I work in IT and at times it seems I live on cake and espresso. Whilst consuming cake and coffee with one hand the other has my phone in it – usually applied to my ear. All very necessary and all very EVIL!

Home studio set up again. This was done with a Canon 40D tethered to a desktop PC and an off camera flash with soft box attached.

I was going to call this “Weapon of Choice” for some reason that escapes me now.
